Har du været på ferie og gået på eventyr i de dejlige egnsretter fra gadekøkkener, og har du taget for dig af frugt og grønt lige fra markedet? eller måske har du bare skønne pelsdyr i hustanden, spiser rå fisk, eller er du blot offer for dårlig håndhygiejne i kantinen?
 
Det er ikke til at undgå dem – parasitterne - men der er til gengæld meget at gøre ved det.
 
Kroppen bekæmper selv de fleste parasitter, fordi din krop er designet til at passe på dig, men vores moderne livsførelse og den, desværre helt "almindelige" forurening du bliver udsat for, er faktorer der gør at du ikke bekæmper de små bæster så godt som du burde, og dermed kommer i risikogruppen, for sygdomme du ikke gider at have. Uden at skulle male fanden på væggen, så er det blandt andet sygdomme som cancer, der kan skyldes parasit angreb i indvoldene.
 
Det er en rigtig god ide at sørge for at parasitterne bliver jaget på porten i ny og næ.
